Probably not. I ran into something similar back home. It's definitely something that's prevalent, even if it's not overly common. It wouldn't surprise me if there's something similar in Duplicity. But Duplicity seems a bit more skewed towards sex and Dom/Sub roles. Insincerity is really strange in comparison.
