They can make things appear and disappear, so I assume they can also just conjure up creepy insects and put weird, obsessive, Lonely ideas in people's heads. There are just a lot of possibilities.
I can start looking into cults. But they're probably all going to be sex-themed, just warning you.
LIEs is the only group responsible for this. They can make things come and go. This is why I'm not sold on this place actually existing. Or, if it exists, that it's not a whole world. I don't know.
